To get admission in Kharkiv Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education there are three steps:
 
 
STEP 1 : INVITATION / VISA SUPPORT LETTER
 
 
Student has to send us the following documents by email to get admission letter,invitation letter and visa support letter:
 
  • Copy of International passport
  • Copy of MBBS/BDS/B.Pharma degree
  • Copies of Transcripts of MBBS/BDS/B.Pharma from attended College/University
  • Invitation / Visa support letter charges 300 US$
  • Courier Charges 100US$
 
After receiving these documents we shall send you admission letter,invitation letter with visa support letter.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
STEP 2: VISA
 
 
 
 
After getting invitation and visa support letter from us student has to go to nearest Ukraine embassy to get Ukrainian visa.

The documents which student has to show in the embassy to get visa are the followings:
 
 
  • Original invitation letter
  • International passport (should be valid for one year)
  • 8 passport size photos
  • Birth certificate (should be attested by Ministry of foreign affairs and translated into Russian/Ukrainian language )
  • Medical test showing physical fitness (should be attested by Ministry of foreign affairs and translated into Russian / Ukrainian language )
  • HIV test (should be attested by Ministry of foreign affairs and translated into Russian / Ukrainian language )
  • Higher Secondary School Certificate (should be attested by Ministry of foreign affairs and translated into Russian / Ukrainian language )
  • MBBS/BDS/B.pharma Degree (should be attested by Ministry of foreign affairs and translated into Russian / Ukrainian language )
 






 
STEP 3: ARRIVAL
 
 
After getting visa from Ukraine embassy student should buy the flight ticket.
Student should inform us about his/her flight details with arrival time and date and airport name.Our representative will receive student at the airport.
 
 
The following documents student should bring with him/her upon arrival:
 
 
  • Original invitation letter
  • International passport with Ukrainian study visa
  • First year complete charges  6200 US$
  • 10 passport size phots
  • Higher Secondary school certificate (legalized by Ukraine embassy)
  • MBBS/ MD/ BDS/ B.Pharma Degree (legalized by Ukraine embassy)
  • Academic transcripts (legalized by Ukraine embassy)
  • Medical test (legalized by Ukraine embassy)
  • HIV test  (legalized by Ukraine embassy)
  • Birth certificate (legalized by Ukraine embassy)
