INTERNATIONAL DEPARTMENT
International departments is working since 1992 in the Kharkov State Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education.
The major works of International department are:
Collaboartion with other institutions, governments, international organizations.
To deal with foreign students.
International department of Kharkov State Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education is recognized by all world organization.
The degree of Our Academy is acceptable in all countries of the world.
The graduates of our academy are working in all over the world specially in Arab countries and in EU countries. Kharkiv Medical Academy of
Post-graduate Education (KMAPE) is a higher educational establishment of
the IV-th level accreditation (certificate series РД – IV № 211770 of
May,14 2005 according to the decision of the state accreditation
commission of April, 19 2005, report №55), which realizes post-graduate
education of specialists according to the direction «Medicine» (1201) –
all specialities and « Pharmacy » (1202), and also realizes
post-graduate education of doctors-specialists in internship,
magistracy, aspirantura, clinical ordinatura and also doctors pass their
training course in accordance with basis directions.
License to the right of the realization of the educational activities
of improvement of professional skills of doctors-foreigners (doctors,
pharmaceuticals) from different countries is given by the Ministry of
Education and science of Ukraine07/11/2005 (series АБ №175951).
Educational activities are carried out on 68 departments united in 5 faculties:
- Terapeutical;
- Surgical;
- Pediatrics;
- Of general practice – family medicine;
- Of preventive medicine.
Academy utilizes for training of foreign specialists 100
lecture-halls, 250 lecture-rooms, library (with access to the Internet)
44 clinical laboratories and also 42 diagnostic laboratories of medical
establishment.
Academy also has Medical college which conducts training of foreign
citizens on the base of the secondary education – junior specialists
(nurse), on the base of the secondary special education (junior
specialist) – bachelors (nurse).
KMAPE has 2 hostels with 4 buildings where specialists can live. All
foreign citizens, passing training at the Academy, are completely
provided with habitation.
Conditions of the receiving:
Documents recommended to show at the international department of KhMAPE to conclude the contract for training are following:
- Form (to fulfill in the international department);
- Original and copy of document about graduating the higher
educational establishment with emphasizing on the obtained qualification
or about Master degree;
- Documents about the absence of AIDS-infection;
- Medical certification about health condition legislated by the
official organ of healthcare of the state, where the foreign citizen
came from. That document must be given not longer then two months before
the entrance into Ukraine to study there;
- Copy of the birth certification;
- 6 photos (size 60×40);
- Return ticket with open data of coming at home (with term not longer then one year);
- Insurance document about obtaining the urgent medical care.
Cost of the educational services is equal from 2000 US dollars till 3650 US dollars.
